For additional information regarding SIPC coverage, including a brochure, please contact SIPC at (202) 371-8300 or visit www.sipc.org. BUNKER Services

BUNKER offers its clients an investment product and the compensation for uninvested cash in the account (cash sweep program). Each service has its specific pricing scheme.

BUNKER charges its clients a one single fee for the investment service based on the value of the invested assets, as detailed in the table below.

Value of invested assets (in US dollars)Annual fee (%, except if notified)

On the other hand, BUNKER applies an annual fee of 0.5% on the balance that clients maintain in the high-yield cash account. This fee is not applicable to cash within each investment portfolio allocated to cash.
The fees are automatically debited from clients' accounts at the end of each month, based on the account balance of each client in each service.

Temporary promotion for small accounts

BUNKER has a transparent, competitive pricing scheme aligned with clients' goals. However, our prices are not competitive for accounts with low balances. In order to promote access for small investors to the market, BUNKER has a temporary pricing promotion scheme for small accounts.
During the first 6 months after opening, accounts with balances less than $8,000 are subject to the same pricing scheme as accounts with balances between $8,000 and $25,000 — 1.50% for invested money and 0.5% for interest-bearing cash. After that period, a unique monthly fee of $10 ($120 annually) is applied to these accounts.

Single fee

BUNKER charges its clients one single fee for its services; that is the company's sole source of income. BUNKER does not charge clients additional fees for opening or maintaining an investment account, for the purchase or sale of assets, or for deposits or withdrawals. Additionally, BUNKER does not receive incentives for the sale of third-party products or services, nor compensation for directing buy or sell orders.

An ETF is called an exchange-traded fund because it's traded on an exchange just like stocks are. The price of an ETF’s shares will change throughout the trading day as the shares are bought and sold on the market. This is unlike mutual funds, which are not traded on an exchange, and which trade only once per day after the markets close. Additionally, ETFs tend to be more cost-effective and more liquid compared to mutual funds. An ETF is a type of fund that holds multiple underlying assets, rather than only one like a stock does. Because there are multiple assets within an ETF, they can be a popular choice for diversification. ETFs can thus contain many types of investments, including stocks, commodities, bonds, or a mixture of investment types. An ETF can own hundreds or thousands of stocks across various industries, or it could be isolated to one particular industry or sector. Some funds focus on only U.S. offerings, while others have a global outlook. For example, banking-focused ETFs would contain stocks of various banks across the industry. An ETF is a marketable security, meaning it has a share price that allows it to be easily bought and sold on exchanges throughout the day.

When clients transfer funds to their BUNKER account, they will be initiating transactions for the purchase of proportional interests in the available portfolios of ETFs, in an amount that corresponds to their asset allocation, except for any amounts the client decides to separate into the Cash Reserve feature. This feature allows to separate a client defined cash amount from being invested in the corresponding portfolio. Clients have the option of reserving cash when initiating a funding transaction as well as any other time as they hold funds in their BUNKER account.
